How do I schedule a grooming appointment for my cat?
You can schedule an appointment by dropping us a whatsapp message at +6589912133.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to give us enough time to prepare for your cat’s grooming needs.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Please bring your cat in a secure carrier. If your cat has any medical conditions or special requirements, let us know before the appointment.
Does my cat need grooming if they groom themselves?
Yes! Cats are excellent self-groomers, but professional grooming helps remove loose fur, prevent matts, reduce hairballs, and keep their skin and coat healthy.
What if my cat has matted fur or compacted undercoat?
We can safely remove mats whenever possible. However, if the matting is severe, shaving may be the safest and most comfortable option to prevent unnecessary discomfort and protect your cat's delicate skin.
For cats with a heavily compacted undercoat, a deshedding treatment may be recommended. We gently remove loose, trapped fur to improve airflow to the skin and help keep your cat's coat healthy and comfortable.
Both services will start from $15 depending on severity.
My cat is nervous. Can you still groom them?
Absolutely. We use gentle, patient handling techniques and work at your cat's pace to make the experience as calm and stress-free as possible.
However if we deem your cat too stressed to continue the grooming, we'll stop the session and recommend a reschedule.
How often should I groom my cat?
Most cats benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on their coat type, age, and lifestyle.
Long-haired cats may require more frequent visits to prevent matting.
